Health warnings for people who use heroin

In November, 2010, the UK’s  Guardian newspaper ran a piece about a national shortage of heroin that was “putting lives at risk”.“Users are overdosing on either adulterated heroin, or, in some cases, what has been found to be a combination of a powerful sedative, ca? eine and paracetamol”, explained the author.
